CGI Finance and Dufour Yachts Announce Partnership

Yacht lender and manufacturer team up to streamline financing for dealers and consumers.

Baltimore, 3 March 2010 - CGI Finance, the North American Subsidiary of the CGI Group and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Société Générale, one of the largest banks in the world with 163,000 employees in 82 countries, announced it is forming a finance partnership with Dufour Yachts of Périgny France. Dufour Yachts is one of the world's leading manufacturers of sailing yachts.

Expanding on its existing partnership in Europe which has proved successful for both companies and the consumer, CGI Finance and Dufour Yachts will offer many of the same products and services here in the United States including wholesale and retail financing.
